I use(d) these lines for my connection:
 
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.blender.org:/cvsroot/docboard login 
and
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.blender.org:/cvsroot/docboard co BlenderManual2.32

What have I to change?

i cannot find any problem on the CVS, do you still cannot update?
 
What about the new AO stuff?
 
Are you aware that the CVS server have changed protocols?
