[Bf-docboard] Pic errors in the English PDF file

Downloaded the english pdf file of the manual and noticed that some of 
the graphics were off the edge of the page.  Usually when you are 
showing the whole of the Blender screen.  Do you want me to make a note 
of them and post them here?  Would you want page numbers that Acrobat 
says they are or the page numbers that are on the actual page?

Might take awhile to go through it all!
