Oh, but this file is only for our own usage - not part of the
distribution. I choose Excel because it I find it very easy to work on
long lists of information - something HTML and plain text are not very
good for :)

Of course, we can also use the OpenOffice spreadsheet. In that way,
everyone will be able to edit it.
