[Bf-docboard] Progress update on the Coding Style Guide.

   I realize that I am moving somewhat more slowly
than many of the rest of you, but I want to assure you
that I am making progress.  I have now learned the
basics of DocBook, and I have finished converting up
through section 3.1 of the Coding Style Guide (which
is a little under half of the Style Guide).

   Anyway, just keeping everyone up-to-date.
