[Bf-docboard] openoffice + docbook

Hi Jorge,

thanks. I've tried it, but it wouldn't install on my copy of OpenOffice
1.0.1. Also, it seems that it's still in 'proof of concept' phase and
doesn't support tags like <chapter> yet. We may have to wait a bit
longer to see if this works...
