Hi,

here is an overview of who is working on which chapter so far. The
chapters are not fully in synch yet with the table of contents, but I'll
add them once people are working on them. 

The yellow sections haven't been claimed by anyone yet. If you see
anything you would like to work on, please email me.

If I have missed anything, please let me know!
