[Bf-docboard] Wouldn't it be nice?

Heyho...

Wouldn't it be nice to have a webpage, where all files for the documentation
are available?
What I want to say is, a list of chapters which are worked on and which are
finished! And where to get the Blender DocBook Manual from Bart (I think the
current link is down!) and Xitnaltas DocBook environment! Maybe my zip! ;-)
