[Bf-docboard] Documentation images uploaded

Hi,

Carsten has donated a very complete pack of images to the documentation
project. I have converted them to .png (some were in TGA and I don't
think that that is very useful for HTML export) and uploaded them to:

http://download.blender.org/documentation/sources/DocuImages.tar.gz

Instead of including them into your documentation directly, I suggest
that we create a central file that holds 'constants' that define the
images of buttons and such. In that way we can easily change a button or
screenshot later. Of course this does not apply to images that are
specific to your chapters. I have an example of this in the office, but
I'm at home now with the flu so I'll post it here on Monday.
