+It is possible to enable snapping in the header of the VSE. The snapping behavior can be configured
+as follows:

+Snap to Current Frame
+   Snaps the tranformed selection to the playhead.
+Ignore Muted Strips
+   Muted Strips are not considered as snap targets.
+Ignore Sound Strips
+   Sound Strips are not considered as snap targets.
