[Bf-cycles] [GSoC 2018] Draft Proposal for Volume Rendering and OpenVDB Integration in Cycles

Hi all,

Thanks to feedback from Brecht Van Lommel and Kévin Dietrich, I have
created a draft proposal to work on volume rendering and OpenVDB
integration in Cycles this summer.

I welcome any feedback. In particular, I may remove the section on motion
blur and I am not very certain about the nature of the import .vdb files
