[Bf-cycles] IES patch for Cycles

Hi all,
i wonder why IES patch by Lukas is not in master, would be great to get IES
lights in daily builds.

I'm using Lukas' experimental builds from many months now and did a lot of
production stuff with them, no problems so far, they works like a charm and
are as fast as spot lamps.

Please devs can you consider adding to master?
