[Bf-cycles] Cycles release has been tagged

Hi,

It took quite some time, but finally there are v1.8.0 tag which corresponds
to Blender v2.78 release, and v1.8.1 tag which corresponds to Blender
v2.78a release.

Hopefully next time it'll take less time to do such a synchronization.
