[Bf-cycles] Turn on Object Scale Motion Blur for 2.79?

Hello Cycles Developers,

are there any plans to turn on motion blur for object scale in Blender 
2.79? (I just checked with latest build from buildbot and it is still 
turned off).

Motion blur for object would be really useful in motion graphics (where 
I currently use shape keys instead).
