[Bf-cycles] Cycles Render Shutting Down

I'm of course not a dev or anything, but I had a similar version a while
ago on one of my old computers.

If I pressed render, it would crash (this was back during 2.68ish).

To solve this, I went back and used an old version and it worked (2.5x I
believe). I was able to get it to work when I used 2.61 also, so I got to
use cycles.

So anyway, I can't say for sure, but I have a feeling that your issue might
just be that your computer isn't good enough to handle it. I'd try using an
older version. Most of the new features you don't really need everyday
anyway.

Here's a list of all the old version with a download link.

Try going back to maybe 2.70, and seeing if that works, and going backward
or forward from there to get the latest version that works.

Also, to know for sure if your hardware is supported, you should give your
computer specs.
