[Bf-cycles] El Capitan/AMD GPU cycles performance and features/blender 2.77

Hi,
- Subsurface and smoke/fire is only supported on CPU and CUDA currently.
- Motion blur position, rolling shutter, custom baking passes should be
supported
- Performance optimizations are purely pre-processs and independent from
compute device
- Defaults are just settings for a new scenes, independent from a compute
device as well.
