[Bf-cycles] Cache-Friendly Micro-Jittered Sampling

It's not finished yet, but you can try this patch (not sure if it still applies, it's ~2 months old): https://developer.blender.org/P366

Lowering the scrambling distance does what the paper suggests, the only thing missing is their automatic selection.
