[Bf-cycles] Particle info node support for child particles

I reported this issue here http://code.blender.org/index.php/2012/05/particle-info-node/ <http://code.blender.org/index.php/2012/05/particle-info-node/> a year ago, but apparently dev’s are not watching there...
