[Bf-cycles] Particle info node support for child particles

Hi,

That sounds a bit weird and wouldn't know off hand why it might happen.
Child particles only exists from blender side, for cycles all the particles
are the same. You can submit a report to dev.b.o and assign to me so i
don't forget to look into this issue :)
