[Bf-cycles] Would it be possible to implement CPU render for one layer and GPU for other?

OPENCL seems a viable solutionf or GPU + CPU renders.  It can already be
done. Sadly there seems to be a bug that the tile that finishes first (be
it cpu or gpu), has to wait for the other to finish in order to jump to the
next.
