[Bf-cycles] OpenCL on AMD GPUs

Hi,

Unfortunately I have been busy, sick, busy, and sick again, so no much
progress, still in phase 1.
Meanwhile the OpenCL 2.0 driver came out, but cycles still does not
work on my system.
I got better yesterday, so phase 1 will be done at the end of this week.
