[Bf-cycles] AMD CPU Poor performance in Windows

Hi, all. I have an FX-8150 but it has become slower and slower with latest blender builds for Windows, in contrast with intel cpu that are always faster. Is there something to be solved in future? I hope so, now I haven't enough hard drive space for a linux partition.
