[Bf-cycles] Cycles as Default Engine

+1 for Cycles as default.

It is already for me and my students for a couple of years.
I even don't miss standard shaders presets (nor ubershaders), as long as I
think one of the great things in Cycles is that by forcing you to build the
simplest shaders, it leads you to learn more by trial and error.
