[Bf-cycles] Cycles as Default Engine

Hi,
I don't understand the turmoil. We talk about a default, that can be 
changed with 1 click.
BI is still here, and it takes you <1 second to enable it.

The majority of people use Cycles these days, it produces nice images, 
is well tested and most beginner tutorials are also for Cycles.
