[Bf-cycles] (un)Premultiplyed render passes

Brecht,

I have tried to reproduce the combining operetions over a rendered
Multilayer EXR in After Effects.
Unfortunatly I got a light black halo.

The combined pass within the same EXR does not have the black halo.

I think that Color passes should also be normalized. Same for AO and Shadow
passes.
