[Bf-cycles] Cycles: Add an experimental CUDA kernel.

Hi,
I did Installer, zip and 7zip for 1 or 2 releases back then, and we also 
linked to the 7zip version from the blender.org download page.
As far as I remember, the download stats indicated that 7zip was barely 
downloaded, so I stopped building it again.

Anyway, this is pretty Off Topic on this list, we can evaluate it later 
in IRC or bf-commiters if needed.
