[Bf-cycles] Cycles: Add an experimental CUDA kernel.

I believe Windows 8 can handle 7z just fine. Official releases should be
.zip for sure, but I think if you're the sort of person who likes to
download potentially unstable nightly builds from the buildbot, you're the
sort of person who either already has software to handle 7zip files, or
doesn't mind getting one extra dependency.
