[Bf-cycles] Cycles: Add an experimental CUDA kernel.

The thing about archives from the blender.org sites is that they should be
easy to use for everyone, minimizing external dependencies as much as
possible. And for my knowledge you still need to install an external 7zip
archiver on windows in order to be able to work with this format.
