[Bf-cycles] Anti-aliasing in texture space

Hi all,
I was rendering a couch with some high frequency fabric pattern using cycles. When the image is rendered with output image size of 1000 by 1000, aliasing appears on the fabric. When output image size is increased to 2000 by 2000, aliasing is gone. Then I can down-sample the output to 1000 by 1000 in photoshop to get a alias-free image. I remember in PBRT, they did something to sample the texture first based on the output resolution, such that we don't need to pay the price to render a 4X output image to avoid aliasing. Does Cycles have a similar mechanism to sample the texture space too?
Thanks,Feng
