Thanks, here are the builds to test:

The test is:

* ensure you have GPU rendering enabled in 2.69 and 2.70 user preferences
* download: http://www.pasteall.org/blend/28679
* for each build run in the console: ./blender -b modified_bmw.blend -f 1
* write down the time in the spreadsheet
