[Bf-cycles] Fwd: Viewport render keyboard shortcut + minor Cycles viewport interface consideration

Hi Carlo,

I did not mean to switch to texture first, as mentioned in my original 
mail inspiration came from Edge Loop slide function (quickly pressing G 
G jumps straight to Edge Loop slide rather than activating Grab). Alt ZZ 
would do the same, whatever Viewport mode was already selected, Solid or 
Texture, the viewport would just begin rendering.
