[Bf-cycles] Menu placement of the light falloff node

Agreed, Color isn't the right place for it. I'm not sure Input is either,
since the Input nodes are mostly those without any inputs themselves
(except Fresnel, Layer Weight and Wireframe). But it's probably the best
place for it, unless you consider it a Converter.
