[Bf-cycles] Volumetric patch update

Forgot to revert to default MIS power heuristic before sending patch,
was used balanced when i tried to hunt some suspicious firefly. Slightly
better noise in very simple cases as direct light, not big change for
complex cases. Also turn off scrambling at MCMC initial seed pool phase,
that theoretically can affect quality but i did not see big difference.
