[Bf-cycles] Westin closures for Cycles / OSL

Hi everyone,
I talked briefly with Brecht about the Westin closure yesterday, so I 
was curious and made it work for OSL.
The closure code was already there, I just did some integration work, so 
it can be used from within an OSL shader.

Not sure if we should put this into SVN, but I am posting this here 
anyway, maybe someone finds them useful.
The closures work fine but the sheen closure produces some fireflies if 
there is a lamp in the scene.
