[Bf-cycles] I have Questions!

Hello,

I saw a tutorial on Youtube that showed that there is a "Window" feature in Blender, but my versions don't seem to ave it.  It is in the "User Preference" under "Mesh".  The feature is suppose to allow you to plug-in a "Window" into a wall of Architecture; something like REVIT does.  How do I get that feature (the script for it)?

Also, why doen't the GUI choice come up in the "SYSTEM" in the User Pref? ?
