[Bf-cycles] Recent Cycles code changes issue

Hi Brecht,

Just spotted a small issue with very recent Cycles code changes.

Link below shows version 2.67b and today's BuildBot 2.67-r57518M-win64, 
notice the lack of ripples on the water with version 57518M-win64. Can 
supply full resolution versions if helpful.

PS: Out of interest, what does the recently added "M" addition on
