[Bf-cycles] Article about rendering technologies

Hi Mike,

The community meeting starting at 1 pm really is the BOF session. It's also
listed on http://s2013.siggraph.org/attendees/birds-feather.
Pretty excited for that too. Besides, first Siggraph as a non-student
volunteer! :)
