[Bf-cycles] Preview Render Scene

My suggestion would be to use hardcoded meshes, that means generated
directly by the GPU, maybe in C or whatever language Blender is using
internally, that would give an extra boost to the performance even if we
cannot customize some shapes (as suzanne) we should have hardcoded meshes
for the basic objects (cube, sphere...), what do you think?
