[Bf-cycles] Volumetric patch update (now with new shiny bidirectional integrator)

Still not sure about full path pdf formula correctness, but this variant
definitely converge many test scenes faster then vanilla cycles.
Selected scenes comverge so fast i not expect. You,
Lux/Yafaray/Arion/etc users will be not surprized, but for me that was
very unexpected. Definitely, that bidirectional algorithm need to be
finished to "production" state.

Restrictions same as previous variants:
Preview viewport only, CPU only, emission, zero size point light,
perspective camera w/o DoF. Smooth faces (with interpolated normals)
will render wrong, need implement adjoint BSDF. Learning git, have used
it 2 weeks, preparing to remove debug cruft to make it more readable.

Not ready for wide testing because of many restrictions. Got few
segfaults as well, but think it related to other packages after switch
to Fedora 18 and experimental gcc 4.8 i use for tests.
