[Bf-cycles] Future of the non-progressive renderer and Cycles strand rendering

Splitting the components into separate closures should work fine as
far as I can tell. The sample function is just picking one of the 4
components with equal probability, which is what would happen anyway
when they are separate closures (with the same weight).
