[Bf-cycles] OpenImageIO linker error

Hello,

While upgrading to OIIO-1.1.6 I came across a linking error where cycles is
looking for OpenImageIO::v1_0::Sysutil::this_program_path() while the
version got bumped to OpenImageIO::v1_1 at some point. The strange part is
that it only has an issue on this one symbol and everything compiles/links
fine with this patch applied  -- http://www.pasteall.org/39859/diff.

Not really sure if this is a bug or just some crazy OIIO api backwards
compatibility thing.
