[Bf-cycles] Enabling hair rendering on GPU?

Tobias, you can find the simple patch code to allow GPU hair rendering 
here - http://www.pasteall.org/39819/diff . Just copy the code into a .diff 
and apply it. It is only for testing and it is probably even slower now 
curve segments are included.

The curve segments do generate extra geometry on the fly and I will look at 
this for the mesh. But I would be surprised if it turned out faster than 
line segments and it wouldn't use any less memory than those modes.
