[Bf-cycles] Enabling hair rendering on GPU?

For me it was still faster to render with GPU and the mentioned slowdown 
as to render only with CPU. That means: Even if it makes Cycles slower 
on the GPU it is still quite a bit faster as to render on CPU. I would 
really like to have the option (maybe an own build option) to enable GPU 
hair rendering, even if i have to consider the slowdown.
