[Bf-cycles] Enabling hair rendering on GPU?

It was already quite a lot faster on GPU as on CPU. And of course not 
anything inside a scene is made of hair/fur. In that case it is still a 
lot faster to render as with the CPU, even if the hair/fur would 
actually render slower on GPU.
