[Bf-cycles] Unused hair code?

Hi,
I checked a bit on hair code after the UI cleanup by Stuart, and think 
we can remove more?

* line_method is never set to CURVE_POSTCORRECTED, and therefore 
CURVE_KN_POSTINTERSECTCORRECTION code is also not run.
* CURVE_UNCORRECTED is set once, but no further reference/action taken?
* curve_interpolation enum is unused, interp_weights() gets a hardcoded 
"1" as parameter (via InterpolateKeySegments).
