[Bf-cycles] Performance tests 2.66 - 2.67

Hi everyone,
I ran some files of our regression test suite to compare performance:

Tests done on Windows 7 x64, Intel Core i7-2630QM (4x2.0 GHZ).

Very happy with the results, especially OSL seems to became quite a bit 
faster.
