[Bf-cycles] GSoC - Spectral Rendering

I think this could be great as a summer of code project. I guess the
essential part would be support for spectral colors in the path
tracing integrator, and then you could add extras like a temperature
to color node and dispersion support for one or more of the BSDF nodes
depending how much time there is.
