[Bf-cycles] Cycles roadmap and how to help

Hi,

The motion blur thesis is great, we're using the sampling pattern
described in it. The MSBVH I'm not so convinced about, the performance
improvements are quite modest for a pretty complex algorithm, there's
many more important optimizations we should do before trying this.
