[Bf-cycles] Cycles roadmap and how to help

Brecht,

While I'm sure you've already seen it, this paper (
http://gruenschloss.org/msbvh/msbvh.pdf) offers a decent solution for
improving BVH traversal where time-interpolated nodes are involved.

I'd also point you at
http://gruenschloss.org/motion-blur/motion-blur.pdf although
it's a pretty well-known paper as well. I figure it can't hurt to point it
out though!
