[Bf-cycles] OSL branch and static libraries

No, you can build libs any way you like. For releases though we want
to provide static external libs, so it's important to have a working
build process. OSL build files are bit messy and did not provide easy
static build options so far, so we had to get down in the trenches and
fix OSL issues ourselves.
