[Bf-cycles] Volumetric patch update

Quick update. Small data size tweak to make VC++ happy, and obvious bug
fix with compile with enabled OSL support, both not tested. I recommend
not use OSL with that patch as it lack support for light rays, and i am
not test it at all for that reason.

cosmetic fix, magic breightness scale 0.5 added to spectral mode, trying
to make overall render picture brightness same in both modes.

Warning, it will segfault in final render with bidirectional mode, that
is becouse not all tiles exist in memory, but i must write color to
them. Use Preview render only with bidirectional. Or better do not waste
your time , wait for more fixes.
